What we sell

Fixed-fee online services — research digests, data cleanup, document preparation, production work — each described on its own page of this site before you order it. A service page may add terms of its own; those sit on top of these, which apply to every order.

Orders and payment

Prices are the fixed prices shown on the service page or in a written quote we send you before work starts. We take payment by card through Stripe; the charge appears on your statement as ORBITAL FOUR. Where an app store or marketplace sells one of our apps on our behalf, that store bills the subscription and its store terms govern billing and refunds for it. Tax is added where the law requires it.

Monthly plans

Some services bill monthly. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, by email. Cancellation stops all future charges and your service runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

Liability

We stand behind the work — see the refund policy. Beyond doing the work and returning the money if we don't, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

The law behind this

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

The version in force for your order is the version posted when you ordered. Material changes are announced on this page with their date.
