What we collect
Your name, your email address, your billing country, your order history, and the files or details you send us so we can do the work you ordered. That is the whole list.
What we do with it
We use it to deliver the service you bought, send the receipt, answer your messages, and keep the records the law requires of a company. No other use.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or follow you around the internet. These pages set no tracking cookies and run no scripts — you can check the page source yourself.
You get email connected to something you ordered: the service itself, its receipt, its replies. Every commercial email we send carries an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, as Canadian law requires.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches us or our systems; we see only whether the payment succeeded.
Keeping and deleting
We keep order records as long as the law requires a company to keep them, and working files only as long as the work needs them. Ask info@orbitalfour.com to delete what you sent us and we will confirm when it is done.
